Refund policy

If the customer wishes to return the product immediately after receiving it, and this decision is based on valid reasons (e.g., the product delivered does not match the order, or the product has a physical defect), a return is possible. In this case, a return act is drawn up by the courier, and after both parties sign it, the product is returned to the warehouse via the courier. If the customer made the payment online, a request is submitted to the relevant bank based on the return act, and the amount paid is refunded to the customer's account in accordance with the bank's internal procedures.

If the customer wishes to return a product within 14 days of receipt, the product must be presented to the "OMID" store located at 44 A. Rajabli, along with all accessories, the sales receipt, and its original packaging. After the product is inspected on-site, it is evaluated and can be exchanged or refunded based on the customer's request. For products purchased with cash, the refunded amount is paid directly in cash at the store's register. For amounts paid online or by card, the relevant bank is contacted, and the amount is returned to the customer's account according to the bank's internal procedures.

- Return or exchange of electrical products is only possible based on an opinion issued by an authorized service center. - Products cut to size or specially ordered are non-returnable. - Assembled products or products installed by a service center are not accepted for return. - For corporate sales returns, an official invoice must be submitted to our company.

Delivery Rules

Delivery is carried out only within Baku city. Free delivery within Baku city is arranged when the total value of the product(s) in the order exceeds 100 AZN. If the total value of the product(s) in the order is less than 100 AZN, a payment of 6 AZN is required within Baku city. When completing your purchase on our website, you can select the delivery time based on the options provided. Orders are delivered to the entrance of buildings or private residences. Products are handed over to customers through physical inspection.
